But the machine keeps asking for money after it comes home: brushes wear, filters clog, dust bags fill, mop pads go grey, and the dock quietly draws power 24 hours a day on a 240V circuit that never sleeps.
Here is what those ongoing costs actually look like in an Australian home, and where you can trim them without shortening the life of the machine.
